- Budget creation & management of all wedding day elements (includes identifying required wedding vendors, discussing briefs, budget expectations & your personal wedding day non-negotiables).
- Venue research & sourcing (up to 10 venues).
- Venue site visits to discuss planning, styling and coordination plans.
- Planning consultations focusing on vendor briefs, timelines, guest management, wedding day logistics and everything in between. Can be face-to-face or online.
- All vendor research & securing (includes availability checking, quote sourcing, price negotiations & sourcing the best possible price for your wedding requirements).
- Styling consultations focusing on style concepts in furniture, decor, stationery, linen and floral design (includes visual mood boards, availability checking, quote sourcing, price negotiations & sourcing the best possible price for your wedding requirements). Can be face-to-face or online.
- Unlimited email communication, support & guidance (couple’s favourite!)
- Vendor communication & management in lead up to and on wedding day, including creation of wedding day timeline, seating plan and any venue required documentation. (styling vendors only).
