1. WORKSHOP DETAILS AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1 The workshop will be held exclusively at Feathertop Private Estate, 6619 Great Alpine Rd, Porepunkah VIC 3740.
1.2 Attendees must remain with the workshop group and are not permitted to access other areas of Feathertop Private Estate without explicit permission.
1.3 The workshop is limited to 5 attendees maximum, not including models, vendors, or instructional team members.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Payment must be made in Full at time of booking. $997 + GST
2.2 Tickets are non-refundable due to the intimate nature and limited capacity of this workshop.
2.5 Tickets are transferable with prior written approval from Mellyrain Creative. The original purchaser remains liable for all terms and conditions.
3. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT
3.1 Attendees will receive 10 professional photographs from the workshop within 30 days of the workshop date.
3.2 CONTENT SHARING RESTRICTIONS:
3.2.1 Attendees may NOT share any workshop photography or styling detail imagery until AFTER both Mellyrain Creative and Ash Haase have shared their content from the workshop
3.2.2 Attendees may share general workshop experience content (behind-the-scenes, group photos, learning moments) but NOT styling detail photography
3.2.3 When sharing any workshop-related content, attendees must clearly state that images were taken during Mellyrain Creative's Styling Workshop at Feathertop Private Estate
3.3 ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS:
3.3.1 When permitted to share photographs, attendees must: Tag @mellyraincreative, @ashleighhaasephotography, @lovesophiefloral and @feathertop_wine
3.3.2 Credit all other participating vendors as provided
3.3.3 Include clear attribution to the workshop and venue
3.4 PROHIBITED USES:
3.4.1 Attendees must NOT use photographs to imply they were hired to style an actual wedding at Feathertop Private Estate
3.4.2 Attendees must NOT claim the styling work shown in photographs as their own original work
3.4.3 Attendees must NOT present workshop styling as client work or paid projects
3.5 CONTENT REMOVAL:
If requested by Mellyrain Creative, Ash Haase, or Feathertop Private Estate, attendees must immediately remove any shared content from all platforms.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 All instructional content, styling methodologies, business strategies, and educational materials provided by Mellyrain Creative remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mellyrain Pty Ltd.
4.2 Workshop content cannot be reproduced, shared, taught, or sold without explicit written permission from Mellyrain Creative.
4.3 Attendees grant Mellyrain Creative and workshop photographers the right to use images and videos from the workshop for promotional and educational purposes.
5. WORKSHOP CONDUCT AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
5.1 Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
5.2 Inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to disruptive conduct or breach of confidentiality, may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
5.3 Attendees are expected to participate actively and respectfully in all workshop activities.
6. HEALTH, SAFETY AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
6.1 Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by Mellyrain Creative and Feathertop Private Estate.
6.2 Any dietary requirements or medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking.
6.3 Light refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the workshop day.
6.4 Attendees are responsible for their own health insurance and medical needs.
7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LIABILITY
7.1 Attendees are responsible for their own equipment, personal belongings, and transportation to/from the workshop.
7.2 Mellyrain Creative and Feathertop Private Estate are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
7.3 Attendees will be held responsible for any damage to Feathertop Private Estate property and agree to cover repair/replacement costs.
7.4 Attendees participate at their own risk and must have appropriate personal insurance coverage.
8. ACCOMMODATION AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
8.1 Accommodation is not included in the workshop fee and must be arranged independently by attendees.
8.2 The optional networking dinner at Porepunkah Pub is at additional cost, payable directly to the venue.
8.3 All travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are the responsibility of attendees.
9. FORCE MAJEURE AND CANCELLATION
9.1 In case of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or health emergencies, the workshop may be rescheduled or cancelled.
9.2 If rescheduled by Mellyrain Creative, tickets will be valid for the new date or transferable to another suitable person.
9.3 If cancelled by Mellyrain Creative due to circumstances beyond our control, attendees will receive a full refund.
9.4 If minimum attendee numbers are not met, Mellyrain Creative reserves the right to cancel the workshop with full refund provided.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
10.1 Attendees agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, pricing strategies, vendor relationships, and methodologies shared during the workshop.
10.2 Attendees may not solicit or approach Mellyrain Creative's vendors, clients, or business contacts for a period of 12 months following workshop attendance.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Personal information provided will be used solely for workshop administration and communication.
11.2 Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
11.3 Attendees consent to being photographed/filmed during the workshop for promotional purposes.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Mellyrain Creative's liability is limited to the workshop fee paid.
12.2 Mellyrain Creative is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
12.3 Attendees acknowledge that business outcomes cannot be guaranteed and participate at their own commercial risk.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 These terms are governed by Victorian law, Australia.
13.2 Any disputes will be resolved through discussion or, if necessary, by the courts of Victoria, Australia.
13.3 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
14. AGREEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
14.1 By purchasing a workshop ticket and attending, attendees acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14.2 Non-compliance may result in removal from the workshop and potential legal action.
14.3 These terms may be updated with reasonable notice provided to attendees.
